FAQs

  • I am in network with many insurance providers. See the services page for a list of in network providers that cover individual and family therapy sesssions. Depending on your policy you may be responsible for a copay before each session. If you prefer to pay out of pocket my sesion fee is $180-200 per session.

  • Our first appointment will be spent getting to know each other. I will talk to you about my policies, approach to treatment, and expectations for sessions. Then I will ask you questions to get to know more about your reasons for seeking treatment, your background, and your goals for our work together.

  • I do not provide in person therapy at this time. I can provide a referral for this service upon request.

  • I will email you a video link to click upon time for session. All sessions are held via HIPPA compliant telehealth service: GoogleMeet

  • It is generally recommend to commit to weekly sessions for the first 2-3 months, as it may take the first few sessions for the assessment process. I also understand that the best way to help is to establish a trusting relationship over time until you can independently sustain the lasting change in your life.

Treatment Approach

In our work, we will develop your internal leadership and clarity by exploring your core values, life-narrative, and authentic foundation. We can expand your understanding of what makes some stressors more difficult and build skills to adaptively overcome future challenges.
