I am in network with many insurance providers. See the services page for a list of in network providers that cover individual and family therapy sesssions. Depending on your policy you may be responsible for a copay before each session. If you prefer to pay out of pocket my sesion fee is $180-200 per session.

Our first appointment will be spent getting to know each other. I will talk to you about my policies, approach to treatment, and expectations for sessions. Then I will ask you questions to get to know more about your reasons for seeking treatment, your background, and your goals for our work together.

I do not provide in person therapy at this time. I can provide a referral for this service upon request.

I will email you a video link to click upon time for session. All sessions are held via HIPPA compliant telehealth service: GoogleMeet

It is generally recommend to commit to weekly sessions for the first 2-3 months, as it may take the first few sessions for the assessment process. I also understand that the best way to help is to establish a trusting relationship over time until you can independently sustain the lasting change in your life.
